36 hour training

BRAINSread Proficiency Pathway training consists of 6 days of professional development that uses current brain research in learning and dyslexia. There is a large focus on multi sensory learning and teaching children how to read with the brain in mind. Topics include how the brain learns to read, the science of reading, multi sensory instruction and intervention, phonological and phonemic awareness, beginning and advanced phonics instruction, structure of the English language, vocabulary, morphology, fluency, and comprehension instruction.

BRAINSread Proficiency Pathway training is available at various locations. Trainings can be offered within specific districts and can be scheduled based on the needs of your district or school.
